Full terms and Conditions of Henry Schein Dental Recruitment (HSDR) £250 off promotion

• Client means the eligible dental practice or group claiming the Offer.
• New Role means a new Permanent Role that has not previously been instructed to Henry Schein Dental Recruitment.
• Offer means the promotional offer described in these terms and conditions.
• Permanent Role means a permanent employment vacancy and excludes locum, temporary, sessional and other non-permanent placements.
• Recruitment Fee means the recruitment fee payable by the Client under the Terms of Business when a candidate commences employment.
• Reward means a £250 discount from the Recruitment Fee per Client.
• Successful Placement means the placement of a candidate who commences employment with the Client, resulting in the Recruitment Fee becoming due in accordance with the Terms of Business.
• Terms of Business means Henry Schein Dental Recruitment’s standard Terms of Business provided to the Client in connection with the relevant vacancy.

1. New Roles only – The Offer is available only in respect of a New Role.
2. First Successful Placement – The Reward applies only to the Client’s first Successful Placement made under the Offer. The Offer is limited to one Reward per Client.
3. Permanent recruitment only – The Offer applies only to a Permanent Role. It cannot be used for any locum, temporary, sessional or other non-permanent placement.
4. Recruitment Fee – The Reward will be deducted from the Recruitment Fee that would otherwise be payable under the Terms of Business. The Reward cannot be used against any other charges or services.
5. Terms of Business – The Client must have accepted and signed the Terms of Business before the New Role is registered with Henry Schein Dental Recruitment.
6. Successful Placement – The Reward will be applied when a Successful Placement occurs and the Recruitment Fee becomes due under the Terms of Business.
7. Existing vacancies and introductions – The Offer cannot be applied retrospectively to any vacancy, candidate or recruitment activity that commenced before the Client claimed the Offer. The Offer is not available where:
   a. the relevant vacancy has previously been instructed to Henry Schein Dental Recruitment;
   b. Henry Schein Dental Recruitment has already introduced the relevant candidate to the Client; or
   c. recruitment discussions relating to the vacancy or candidate are already underway.

8. Non-transferable – The Offer and Reward are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative benefit.
9. Offer period – The Offer is available for a limited period from 13 August 2026 to 31 December 2027. Henry Schein Dental Recruitment may amend or withdraw the Offer at any time.
10. Other terms – All Successful Placements remain subject to the Terms of Business.

11. To claim the Offer, the Client must notify the Henry Schein Dental Recruitment team when first enquiring about the New Role.

Terms and Conditions of Henry Schein Dental Recruitment (HSDR) – Refer a friend scheme

Definitions

Probation Period – period of eight (8) weeks following day 1 of the Referred Friend starting their employment under the Successful Placement.

Referrer – A person able and willing to refer suitably qualified candidates to HSDR for the type of roles advertised by HSDR for its employer clients.

Referred Friend – A person suitably qualified to undertake roles advertised by HSDR.

Reward – £200 Amazon Voucher

Successful Placement – contracts signed to appoint a Referred Friend to work for their new employer, where the new employer has agreed to use HSDR as their recruitment agent.

Eligibility

1. The Referrer will receive the Reward provided the Referred Friend remains employed by their new employer following a Successful Placement and remains employed thereafter until expiry of the Probation Period.
2. The Scheme is open to Referrers and Referred Friends who are residents in the UK. Over 18s only.
3. The Referrer should be aware that Referred Friends may already be on HSDR’s database and signed up to receive job alerts. For the referral to generate a Reward, at the time of the referral, the Referred Friend must not have been put forward for any current roles by HSDR or be engaged in an active recruitment process through HSDR looking for a new position.
4. There is no limit to the number of friends a Referrer can refer. The Reward will be paid for each successful referral according to these terms and conditions.  

Notification and Data Protection

5. Within 3 working days of the referral, HSDR will contact the Referred Friend using the contact details provided by the Referrer. The Referrer confirms they have the consent of the Referred Friend to pass their contact details to HSDR.
6. HSDR will only contact the Referred Friend in relation to potential new employment opportunities, unless the Referred Friend expressly agrees to additional marketing initiatives thereafter. Delivery

7. Referrers will receive the Reward by email once the Referred Friend has completed the Probation Period of their Successful Placement. The Referrer will receive the voucher within 10 working days following expiry of the Probation Period provided the Referred Friend is still employed under the Successful Placement at that time.

9. HSDR reserves the right to vary these terms from time to time and to correct clerical omissions and errors in any of the text or pricing contained in this offer.
