Practice Manager

A new opportunity has become available for a Clinic Manager (Mat Cover) to join an established practice located in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
Start date – As soon as possible.
End date April 27 (May extend)
This is a full time role, working Monday Friday.
Working hours will be 07:45am 17:15pm (42.5 hours per week, with some flexibility)

Essential Experience:
- Previous management or significant leadership experience within dentistry.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of dental practice performance.
- Experience working with KPIs, targets, budgets or financial performance.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and translate data into action.
- Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of compliance within a regulated dental environment.
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience, plus up to £7,000 annual performance bonus.
