Dental Practice Manager
Full time role – 5 days a week.
Salary:
£40,000 – £45,000 (dependant on experience)
Location:
Surrey/Sussex Border
Role Purpose
To lead the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring exceptional patient care, regulatory compliance, team performance, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop the practice team to deliver outstanding results.
Ensure the practice remains fully compliant with CQC and all regulatory requirements.
Manage and continuously improve the patient journey and overall patient experience.
Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient appointment management.
Drive practice performance through strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvement, growth, and increased profitability.
Influence and engage stakeholders effectively, building positive working relationships across the practice.
Take ownership of issues and resolve them independently, escalating only when necessary.
Use initiative and sound judgement to make decisions that support the success of the practice.
Skills & Experience
Proven management experience within a dental, healthcare, or regulated environment.
Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
Commercially minded with a growth mindset and focus on continuous improvement.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.
