Meet the Team

Maja has worked in the dental profession all of her career. Starting as a BTEC and BSc(Hons) qualified professional she built her career through a number of leading dental laboratories, joining the business of dentistry through Ivoclar Vivadent in 2001, as Technical Coordinator and Training Centre manager.

In 2004, Maja set up Bredent UK, a part owned dental supplied company. This business grew from scratch to a £2+M turnover and 20+ employees. During her time leading Bredent UK, Maja completed an MBA which helped guide the business growth and expansion, until her exit through a share sale in 2018. During this time, Maja also sat as the Fitness to Practise panellist at the GDC for 10 years.

After a couple of years with Portman Dental as an M&A manager, Maja joined the Henry Schein Dental Practice Sales team in 2020, leading it’s growth and development, alongside other business services offered by Henry Schein ie. Henry Schein Financial Services and Business Solutions.

Becky joined Henry Schein Dental Recruitment in 2015 as a Recruitment Resourcer and by 2016 started her new role as a Recruitment Consultant. She has been working in the Dental Recruitment industry for over 9 years, specialising in Permanent and Locum placements.
Away from the world of recruitment, she enjoys spending time with her partner and her beloved dog, Bettie.

Jade has been an integral part of the Henry Schein Dental Recruitment team since 2015, where she has worked in two roles as a Recruitment Resourcer and Recruitment Consultant. With nine years of experience, she now serves as the UK-wide recruitment resourcer, supporting candidates in their job searches. Beyond her professional life, Jade finds joy in spending time with her loved ones and furry friend, Pippa.

Nahila started with Henry Schein Dental Recruitment in 2011 as a part time resourcer whilst studying at University. Fast forward to 2015 and she joined the team full time as a Recruitment Consultant!
She has over 13 years’ experience specialising in Dental Recruitment. In her spare time, Nahila enjoys going to the gym, travelling and cooking new dishes.

Sophie first joined the company in 2022 with Henry Schein Dental Practice Sales as a resourcer, she then joined the Henry Schein Dental Recruitment team in 2023 working as a Recruitment Consultant. Her role now involves recruiting for dental practices in the South West. In her spare time Sophie enjoys going on days out and spending time with family and friends.

Lorna joined Henry Schein Dental Recruitment in 2024 with 18 years’ experience in the recruitment sector. With a degree in law and a masters in employment law, Lorna provides her trusted expertise to our wide network of dental practices across the UK and Ireland.

Away from the world of recruitment, she enjoys family time and long walks with her two rescue dogs.

Claire is a Chartered Marketer with a First Class Degree in Business Management and Level 6 Diploma in Professional Marketing accredited by Chartered Institute of Marketing. With 19 years' experience working in various marketing roles, Claire joined the team in 2024 and is passionate about delivering winning b2b marketing strategies.

Outside of work she is a keen runner and is in training for the London Marathon.

Lisa is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience, having dedicated her career to the growth and success of Henry Schein Practice Services since 2006. From her humble beginnings as an Evening Support professional to her current role as Office and Facilities Manager, Lisa's journey is marked by continuous growth and adaptability. Known for her versatile skill set and commitment, she efficiently manages the business support team and collaborates with the CRM team, ensuring seamless operations. Beyond the office, Lisa finds joy in activities such as swimming, walking, and, most importantly, spending quality time with her family. Her passion for both personal and professional excellence shines through in all aspects of her life, making her an invaluable asset to the Henry Schein Practice Services family.

Anna has worked at Henry Schein since 2010 and has over 10 years’ experience in marketing, specifically for the dental industry. In 2020 she took on the role of Events Coordinator after returning to work from Maternity Leave. Her role involves organising a number of large-scale exhibitions as well as smaller, more intimate networking seminars hosted by Henry Schein Dental Practice Sales aimed at Dental Practice Owners which are well received within the dental community. In her spare time Anna enjoys walking her dog, Callie and days out with her two daughters.

Will has worked at Henry Schein since 2020, leveraging over seven years of diverse administrative experience. In 2023, Will stepped into the role of Senior Business Support Administrator, bringing strategic insight and efficiency to the team. With a track record of excellence and a proactive approach, Will is dedicated to driving success both professionally and personally.
