To start ASAP 5 surgeries Availability Mon-Fri (flexible on days and hours) the hours can be between 8.30-5.30 Day rate of £500 with a target of 25 UDAs a day, if they go over we can agree a UDA rate. 50% Private split No NHS lab bills to pay 50% on Private lab bills
