A new opportunity has become available for a Qualified Dental Associate to join a mixed referral practice located in Birmingham, West Midlands. We really want to inspire our industry, so that we elevate the culture of dentistry. This is from the perspective of offering really great customer service and high quality dentistry. We want to show our patients that dentistry is a force for positive change We are offering to support and train Associates who want to develop and be doing more advanced work. We care a lot about ensuring we do the right thing for our patients and staff. We are looking for someone who wants a full time position but open to discussion, to cover general NHS and private work. To work Full time Mon 8:30am-7pm, Tues-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm Unlimited amount of UDAs, little or as much as you like, £10.50/UDA rate Experienced clinicians are welcome as well. We are a large surgery, family practice with the following: •We are 15 minute from the City Centre + in close proximity to the local train station too. •State-of-the-art on site lab •Digital OPG •iTero Scanner •Friendly, outgoing atmosphere with a strong focus on work/life balance •Full stable list – outgoing partner •Large patient list – not short of work •Unlimited UDAs – no targets, do as little or as much as you like •Non-corporate style •Large nurse team and admin team with plenty of support and backup Unlimited UDA’s available, This is dependent on experience and to be discussed further at interview stage.
