Practice Manager (REF# JOB-1466)
Full-time, Bedfordshire
A new opportunity has become available for a Dental Practice Manager to join an established, mixed practice located in Luton, Bedfordshire.
Start date As soon as possible.
This role is to work full time, Monday Friday.
Working hours will be 9am 5:30pm each day with 1 hour for lunch.
Fully equipped and computerised practice using Software of Excellence. Digital X-rays, CliniPads, Itero Scanner, Intra-Oral Camera, SLR Scanner and Rotary Endo on site.
The role
- Leading the practice team in the provision of dental care services to patients
- Work with the Clinical Team to ensure the practice remains compliant with the General Dental Council and CQC guidelines, to ensure the delivery of first-class patient care
- Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the practice
- Have a good understanding of CQC and work to ensure full compliance
- Maintaining great relationships with patients and practice staff
- Managing Dentist diaries effectively
- Observe patient confidentiality at all times
- To be fully aware of all staffs duties and responsibilities
- Grow the reputation of the practice
- Effective marketing input to grow the patient base
The ideal candidate
- Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
- Management or leadership experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- IT proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Able to work to deadlines.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
- A friendly and professional manner
- Appreciation for the importance of timely, complete and accurate documentation.
Salary Between £30k – £35k per annum, dependent on experience.
